This one is kind of cheating... in a small, miniscule way. I try to choose movies I've never heard about and create a plot and the cast knowing only the movie title. But how can you not know what Sex and the City is? Yes, I love the show and yes, don't hit me, but I watched the movie. And it was a bad copy, if that makes you hate me for it any less. I just can't believe they're doing a second one, and since I have no idea where they're going with it, I made this... At a Glance.
Title: Sex and the City... 2!
Starring: Of course, horse face Sarah-two first names-Parker, the one who was in Couple's Retreat, the redhead (who's my favorite AND got it on with a black dude) and the slutty one with a soul, apparently.. Try saying that in your best StrongBad voice.
Director: The same guy who did the first one, I'm sure. It has to be a guy, this isn't really the type of movie that's made by women, although it should be.
Plot: After the low-key wedding we see at the end of the first movie, we skip ahead a year and Carrie has a baby and the movie revolves around her. Nevermind that Charlotte finally got an adopted little girl (who gets ugly, btw) and that Miranda has a boy as well, with Steve (my fave) or that Aiden is dumped or that the Russian isn't in here anymore or that we finally know Big's name (I'm so glad!) or that Samantha grew her hair back and wants to live life for herself, no longer for the pleasure of men and their company. No, no. The movie will revolve around Carrie and John (ahem... big) and their new baby. They'll complain about post-baby sex, him wanting her to pee on him because he just can't enjoy sex anymore, they'll eat at the same diner, even though they all moved away and they'll get drunk and she'll doubt her love. Blah, blah, blah.
